About Us
After working for a local corporation for 30 years, in 2001 we bought a small business with the retail portion located at historic Lancaster Central Market. Our business is known as "The Turkey Lady"
Most of the products we sell are made from turkey meat. This means that our product is lean and healthy. Turkey is high in protein and very low in fat and calories. Turkey meat can be substituted in almost any recipe (turkey sausage, turkey pepperoni, turkey bacon, turkey liverwurst.) We offer 18 flavors of turkey sausage, boneless turkey thighs which are similar to ham, smoked turkey thighs and turkey jerky and snack sticks.
We pride ourselves in offering fresh, local turkey products. Due to space issues in our market cases, we do not have whole fresh turkeys at our stand, but we will be happy to take your order and go to the local turkey farm to get a fresh turkey for you.
